Mr. Sam Rolo is a very professional man. He is honest and reliable. He is for the client. He gives good recommendations and he is very thorough. I am very picky, and when I recommend someone, it means that they are spectacular. He even impress the realtors, so you know he is one of the best. His price is one of the best out of 6 inspectors that I called. If you noticed, I gave him 5 stars for all category. He was at the home way before me and started his outside inspection.
